By downloading, installing, or using FFP Vault (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Financial Freedom Power.
2. Purpose of the App
FFP Vault is a personal organization tool designed to help users:
- Store documents
- Track financial obligations
- Set reminders
- Organize administrative information
FFP Vault:
- Does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
- Does not connect to banks or financial institutions
- Does not process payments
- Does not execute financial transactions
All financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Secure access to your device
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts
- Interfere with the App’s security
- Reverse engineer or copy the App
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
5. Data Accuracy & Limitations
FFP Vault relies entirely on user-entered information.
We do not:
- Verify user data
- Audit financial entries
- Guarantee reminder accuracy
The App is provided for organization purposes only.
6. Financial & Administrative Disclaimer
FFP Vault is an organizational tool designed to help users store documents and track reminders.
It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
The App does not verify user-entered information and does not guarantee the accuracy of reminders or stored records.
Users remain fully responsible for:
- Managing their financial obligations
- Verifying due dates
- Maintaining backup copies of important documents
- Making independent financial decisions
Use of the App does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between the user and Financial Freedom Power.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
FFP Vault may offer paid subscription plans, including free trial periods.
Subscription Terms:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled through your Apple ID account settings.
- Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions during the current billing cycle.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
8. Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to the App.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Technical issues
- Infrastructure interruptions
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
FFP Vault is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Financial Freedom Power shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Missed payments
- Penalties or fees
- Decisions made based on information stored in the App
- Loss of data beyond reasonable control
Users remain fully responsible for managing their financial obligations.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Attempt to misuse the App
- Compromise security
Users may delete their account at any time through the App settings.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software associated with FFP Vault are the property of Financial Freedom Power.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute arising from the use of FFP Vault shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Quebec.
