Request to Delete Your FFP Vault Account
At Financial Freedom Power, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you no longer wish to use FFP Vault, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your FFP Vault account, please send an email to:
support@financialfreedompower.com
Subject:
Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name (optional but recommended)
- The email address associated with your FFP Vault account
- A statement requesting permanent deletion of your account
What Happens After Your Request
Once we verify your identity, we will permanently delete:
- Your FFP Vault user account
- Your financial information stored within the app
- Your uploaded Vault documents
- Your reminders and saved preferences
- Any other personal information associated with your account, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
Processing Time
Most account deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
Subscription Information
Deleting your FFP Vault account does not automatically cancel your mobile subscription.
If you subscribed through:
- Apple App Store, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Google Play Store, you must cancel your subscription through your Google Play subscriptions.
