FFP Vault (“the App”) is operated by Financial Freedom Power (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the FFP Vault mobile application.
FFP Vault is a personal finance organization tool.
It is not a banking platform, investment platform, or financial institution.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the App.

- Account credentials (encrypted)
- User-created financial records
- Uploaded documents (PDFs, images)
- Notes and reminders
We do not collect banking credentials, credit card numbers, or transaction data.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
To operate the App securely, we may process:
- Device type
- Operating system version
- Authentication session data
This information is used solely for technical functionality and security.
3. Authentication & Security
User authentication is managed using secure cloud-based authentication infrastructure.
Access to the Vault requires:
- Email and password login
- Optional device biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID), when enabled
- Secure PIN fallback where applicable
Accessing stored documents may require step-up authentication.
All data transmission is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
User data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure and protected using industry-standard security practices.
Each user’s data is isolated and private.
Financial Freedom Power personnel cannot access user documents except where strictly required for system maintenance or security investigations.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide access to the App
- Secure user accounts
- Store and organize user documents
- Deliver reminders and notifications requested by the user
- Maintain and improve App functionality
We do not:
- Sell user data
- Rent user data
- Share user data for advertising
- Use tracking or behavioral profiling
5. Third-Party Infrastructure
FFP Vault relies on secure infrastructure providers to support:
- Authentication
- Cloud data storage
- Secure notifications
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the App’s functionality and are bound by security obligations.
FFP Vault does not integrate advertising SDKs or third-party analytics tools in Phase 1.
6. Data Retention
User data is retained while the account remains active.
Users may delete their account directly within the App settings.
Once an account is deleted, associated data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period of time, subject to technical backup retention cycles.
7. Account and Data Management
Users may update their profile information or request deletion of their account at any time directly within the application.
When an account is deleted, associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period of time, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
8. Children’s Privacy
FFP Vault is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
9. Administrative Access
Access to backend systems is strictly limited and controlled.
Administrative access is restricted to what is necessary for maintenance, security, and operational support.
User data is not publicly accessible.
